      • For applications received after May 19, 2014, 2014:
        • The updated ING Secure Index 5 and ING Secure Index 7 product disclosure will be required for submission of the application.
      • For states that have not approved the ING RenewalFLEX:
        • The ING RenewalFLEX will not be applied to the contract.
        • The ING Secure Index 5 and ING Secure Index 7 will feature the same characteristics as they do today.
