Transamerica will award you with an iPad mini if you submit at least $25,000 in total annualized premium and have a 60% or higher placement rate for applications during the contest period.

All applications must be signed and dated between 2/1/2013 and 4/30/2013 and received by Transamerica no later than 4/30/2013.
