    Indexed Choice UL now allows automatic transfers of a fixed dollar amount from the Fixed Account to the Indexed Account each month. This may be ideal for lump sum premium payments that the policyholder would like to transfer into the Indexed Account over a 12-month period, rather than in a single lump sum. Previously, transferring funds between the two accounts was only allowed once a year. Learn how it works.

  • UL Protector repriceNEW LAUNCH DATE
    The UL Protector reprice that had been targeted for February 27, 2017 will now launch on March 6, 2017. The updated transition rules and state approvals will be available soon.

    • Level pay increases will range from 4 – 10% varying by cell. Average increase of 6% for ages 55 – 75.
    • Single pays increases will range from 9 – 19%. Average increase of 12% for ages 55 – 75.
    • CTPs will be increased. Generally, CTPs will be higher than level pay premiums.
    • Face amount limits will be removed on applied for policies using the new rates.

 

  • Great new rates!
    SBLI has new rates on their guaranteed level premium term life insurance products for face amounts $500,000+ and level term riders. In addition, they are introducing a number of underwriting enhancements; including an increased retention amount of $2,000,000. Learn more.
