    Now, agents and back office users can view and download Annuity Annual Statements directly from their laptop, desktop computer or mobile device. Statements generated on or after September 9, 2016 will be available for all clients associated with a specific agent, representative and/or back office. Clients will also be able to access their Annual Statements via the client portal eService.
