  • Change in notification on cases where offer is other than as applied
    Effective April 27, 2017, underwriting changed its’ procedure for notifying applicants in cases where the offer is other than as applied for. To notify applicants, underwriting will send a letter within seven days of the decision directly to the applicant. The letter will indicate what the underwriting decision is, specific details related to the decision and the source of that information. Producers will be notified in the following two ways within 24 hours of the final decision.

    • The decision will be posted on OneSource Online and will include general information regarding the decision and the source that was the basis for the decision.
    • An email will also be sent with these details.
