    • MaxRate 5 to be discontinued effective October 3rd
      Athene MaxRate 5 and MaxRate 5 Enhanced Liquidity (EL) multi-year guarantee annuities will be discontinued after October 3, 2014. The AtheneMaxRate 7 and MaxRate 7 Enhanced Liquidity (EL) products will remain available in all approved states.  Download the state availability chart for the latest information on the availability of Athene Annuity products.
      Application Deadlines To be accepted for processing, MaxRate 5 applications must be received in good order in the Home Office by October 3, 2014.
