    • Discontinue use of the Civil Union Supplement in Delaware
      In July 2014, Delaware automatically converted all existing civil unions to marriages under Delaware state law; rendering the Civil Union Supplement obsolete. Effective June 13, 2016, the Delaware Civil Union Supplement will no longer be required for submission with Delaware cases.
    • New Survivorship Index UL Supplement for New Hampshire
      On June 13, 2016, Prudential will introduce a new Survivorship Index UL (SIUL) product in New Hampshire. A new state specific SIUL Supplement was developed for use only with this product. When requesting the SIUL product, the new SIUL Insurance Supplement must accompany any paper survivorship application submitted in New Hampshire. The SIUL product offers the policyowner a choice between either the Fixed Account or an Indexed Account; only one may be selected.
    • Updated SEC Privacy Notice
      Effective Monday, June 13, 2016, an updated SEC Privacy Notice (Privacy 1234 Ed. 1/2016) will be available; replacing the current version. The form will continue to be shown as a required form for all variable sales, regardless of submission method. All prior versions of the form must be discontinued.
    • Revised Important Notice About Your Application for Insurance
      On June 13, 2016, a revised Important Notice About Your Application for Insurance (ORD 96200B), edition 2016, will be available. The form was revised to be consistent with the revised Privacy Notice that added an opt-out for affiliate sharing marketing purposes, and Compliance with the state Insurance and Information Privacy.

  • Trendsetter Express replaced by Trendsetter LB in MAeffective June 24th
    On June 24, 2016, Trendsetter LB will be approved in Massachusetts. With this approval, Trendsetter Express will no longer be available for sale in Massachusetts. All Trendsetter Express applications must be signed, dated and received in good order in the home office no later than June 24, 2016 in order to be accepted.
